Terms and Conditions

1. Service Scope

The Company provides temperature-controlled transportation and logistics services for perishable, frozen, and pharmaceutical goods. Services include pickup, transit, and delivery under specified temperature ranges as agreed with the client.

2. Temperature Compliance

The Company will maintain temperature settings as instructed by the client. However, fluctuations of ±2°C may occur due to vehicle movement, door openings, or external conditions. The Company is not liable for variations caused by such operational factors.

3. Packaging Responsibility

Goods must be packed by the client using industry-standard cold-chain packaging. Improper packaging leading to spoilage or damage will not be the Company's responsibility.

4. Vehicle Loading & Unloading
  • Loading and unloading must be completed within 30 minutes to maintain temperature levels.
  • Any delay caused by the client may lead to temperature deviation, for which the Company is not liable.
5. Transit Delays

Delays caused by traffic, weather, breakdowns, or route restrictions will be communicated to the client. The Company is not responsible for any indirect losses resulting from such delays.

6. Goods Insurance

The Company does not provide insurance by default. Clients are advised to insure their goods independently. The Company's liability is limited to transportation only.

7. Vehicle Tracking

Real-time GPS tracking may be provided. Data is approximate and intended for monitoring, not legal claims.

8. Client Documentation

The client must provide correct invoices, permits, e-way bills, and compliance documentation. Any penalty arising from incorrect documents is the client's responsibility.

9. Payment Terms
  • Full payment must be cleared as per the agreed schedule (advance / post-delivery).
  • Delayed payments may incur late fees.
  • GST applicable as per Government norms.
10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled dispatch may attract up to 50% cancellation charges. No refunds once goods are loaded.

11. Liability Limitations

The Company is not liable for:

  • Spoilage due to incorrect packaging
  • Delays beyond control
  • Temperature loss due to client delays
  • Leakage, breakage, or inherent product defects
  • Missing items unless documented at loading

Maximum liability shall not exceed the transportation fee paid.

12. Vehicle Breakdown / Emergency

In case of breakdown, an alternate vehicle will be arranged if available. Temperature deviation during changeover is not the Company's responsibility.

13. Confidentiality

All client data, routes, quantities, and business details will be treated confidentially and used only for service delivery.

14. Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where the Company's registered office is located.
